This one time, I taped shut the spigot and told my Pops to get me a glass of water. It sprayed all over the place and he was really mad. It was hilarious.

For homeroom in high school, every Friday someone brought treats for the class. Usually it was donuts or something sweet like that, but one Friday fell on April Fools and the person brought in saltines and water for the group. People were absolutely outraged.

Last year, some friends and I ambushed each other in funny masks and scared each other all day. The whole day pretty much consisted of luring each other into rooms where another friend would be waiting to scare them.

When I was younger, about five years old maybe, my mom and my brother tricked me into thinking it was my birthday. They got balloons and everything. At the end of the night, I opened my presents and there was just a bunch of crap in them. I cried.

One time, I was in Florida over April Fools Day. One of our friends doesn’t like authority figures, so we talked a store owner into confronting her and accuse her of stealing things from the store. She really freaked out. Afterwards, the store owner gave us all candy for playing such a funny joke.

I filled a girl’s pillow with rice krispies once so they got all over her bed. As retaliation, a bunch of guys chased my friend into the bathroom and then took the hinges off the door to get her out. Then they threw her in a lake. I’m glad that wasn’t me.
