Kristin Sahr scored 17 points in the second half as the UW-Eau Claire women’s basketball team knocked off an undefeated St. Norbert squad 66-53 Tuesday night in Zorn Arena.

The senior sharpshooter, who finished with 22 total points, went 6-0f-7 from the floor in the final 20 minutes of the game, including a perfect 3-for-3 from behind the 3-point line. She had four total 3s on the night.

Abby Midtlien came off the bench to score 10 points to help add to the Blugolds’ total of 32 bench points. Courtney Lewis chipped in 13.

Head coach Tonja Englund called it a signature win for her basketball team.

The Blugolds led by six at halftime. They will play their first road game of the year Saturday at North Central (Ill.).
